Reporting Options

Besides traditional mail reporting, we are pleased to offer a variety of electronic and digital formats for reporting should your company wish to take advantage of this technology. Please review the many services we provide below and call us regarding your preferences, special requests, or questions.

Reports:

Reports may be sent to you via email, floppy disks or CD-ROM using Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.  Click here to download their latest version.

Photos:

Digital color photos are available. These may be emailed, stored in a digital media, or printed. If you preffer printed photographs, we are able to produce them with high quality, captioned details, and properly arranged.

Statements:

We currently have capabilities to record digital statements using digital recorders that are ready to be sent to you through the internet or a digital media. A free software program called DSS-Lite is included on the medium or you may download it from the Internet. Sound card and speakers are required.

Scanning:

Any documentation or legal documents that are received during the life of the claim are digitally stored in our system as .pdf. You may request all copies of the attachments to be delivered via email or though a digital media.
