Ford White started his adjusting career in 1961. He has seven years supervisory experience with an extensive work product history. He has knowledge of commercial and personal liability, all lines of property, Workers’ Compensation, litigation management, and automobile and physical damage claims. He holds a B.S. Degree and has studied various I.I.A. and in-house courses. He is affiliated with B.P.O.E., is a member of the Springfield Claims Association and the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters.

Robert (Bob) Ayres grew up in the marine industry. He became familiar with boats and marine engines as a boy while working in his father’s business. He graduated from Southwest Missouri State University in 1983. His experience includes many years as an insurance agent. He has completed courses in auto and large truck estimates, and recreational boat adjusting at Vale National, ranking at the top of his class. Jeff Davis brings a solid knowledge and experience in the construction trade. He is experienced in providing quality and detailed client service. Mr. Davis currently is pursuing an AIC certification, and is a Certified Infrared Thermographer. Jeff is a member of the Springfield Claims Association and the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters.

DARYLL P. JONES

Daryll Jones is a graduate of Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. He has been a Property Claims Representative since 1990, when he began his career in the insurance claims industry with State Farm Insurance in Houston, Texas. At State Farm he received his initial training and has completed many schools and attended numerous seminars since that time. Daryll is new to the Springfield area and will provide top quality service and professionalism.

Ken Braker is a graduate from Missouri State University. He has been a casualty claims representative with a national company since 1998. He has vast experience in automobile liability, general liability, and physical damage. His continuing education and some of his accomplishments include AIC and SCLA designations. He is currently working on the CPCU designation. Ken will provide prompt and professional service on all of your casualty claims. Ken is a member of the Springfield Claims Association, and Independent Insurance Adjusters.

WILLIAM L. CLINKENBEARD

An Engineer, Appraiser and Adjuster, William (Bill) Clinkenbeard has over 27 years work experience in commercial property management and construction activities, as well as roadway and bridge surveying, and layout and construction inspections. Mr. Clinkenbeard holds a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering and has been schooled in real estate appraisals and computer basics – Drury College and Marshall-Swift Residential and Commercial appraisals.

DWIGHT R. HAYS

Dwight Hays began his career in the insurance claims industry in 1973. During his many years in the industry, Dwight has served as both an independent and staff adjuster, and has held management positions in both sectors. He received his initial training with Allstate Insurance Companies, and has completed many schools, and attended numerous seminars since that time. He is a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters and the Springfield Claims Association.
