William (Bill) Rapp began his career in the insurance industry in 1974 after completing an undergraduate degree in business and finance from Mount Saint Mary’s University of Maryland.  He was trained by a national independent claims company and has sought further education, earning the Associate in Claims and Registered Professional Adjuster designations.

Mr. Rapp’s continuing education includes Property Loss Research Bureau, Liability Insurance Research Bureau, National Association of Arson Investigators, and American Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Practice Section seminars.  His expertise includes residential and commercial property, boats (both hull and machinery), boat docks, metal failure analysis, inland marine, automobile and general liability, products liability and physical damage. 

He is actively involved in the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, Missouri Association of Mutual Insurance Companies and other claims related organizations.

John Henderson is responsible for customer service.  He is a graduate of Northwest Missouri State University.  He began his career as an adjuster in 1992 and holds a B.S. Degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in commercial and residential architecture.  His work experience in personal and commercial property lines, automobile liability, physical damage and general liability make him a qualified asset to our company.  John holds an A.I.C. designation and is a member of the Springfield Claims Association and the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters.

MARK D. KERSHAW, A.I.C.

Mark Kershaw is responsible for our property product quality and directs our large loss team.  He joined us in 2000 after owning and operating Kershaw and Company Insurance Adjusters for eight years, and adjusting claims for 15 years.  He has earned an excellent reputation for his expertise in the adjustment and investigation of large property losses and casualty claims.  He holds a bachelors degree from Southwest Missouri State University, an Associate in Claims, and a Certificate in General Insurance from the Insurance Institute of America.  He has completed the advanced Auto Technical School at Vale Tech, and the First Marine Surveys School.  Mark is a former President and board member of the Springfield Claims Association.  He is a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters.

Robert (Bob) Todd began his career in the insurance industry in 1958.  His extensive work product experience includes investigations and adjustments of major casualty losses, Workers’ Compensation, malpractice, casualty supervision and litigation management.  He has a skilled and practical knowledge of all aspects of claims evaluation and service.  Bob is a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters, the Springfield Claims Association, and is affiliated with the B.P.O.E.
