We maintain a Quality Checklist, which you can expect to be adhered to on each claim assignment.

In the course of doing business, the possibility exists of claims being presented against us, with the assertion made that we have not properly completed our tasks. For that purpose, we maintain Professional Liability Insurance.

Should you have specific file requirements, we can customize our services to your requirements. Each adjuster and the Clerical Department, has in their possession, a Company Instruction Manual with each company’s specific requirements.
